SHIPPING POLICY

We ship directly to you from our store in downtown Hays, KS. It might take a little longer, but it will be packed with love and care. Our favorite UPS, FedEx, and USPS drivers are from Hays, KS and we rely on them Monday – Fridays (but not weekends or holidays). Gift boxes will be delivered personally the day of order to within the Hays city limits if requested in the order. Examples would be to Hays Medical Center, a birthday gift to a home etc.

Due to the high volume around holidays, we kindly suggest you order early to avoid any unexpected delays. You can usually expect our in-stock items to ship within 5 business days and once we say “good-bye” it should be in your hands in 3-5 business days. Overnight shipping is not available. We ship during the week, Mondays – Fridays, but not weekends and holidays.

Please note that our most popular item, matches, can’t be shipped internationally and only to the contiguous 48 states. All our prices are in US dollars (in store and online) and are subject to all local state laws and applicable taxes. We work hard to ensure the most current merchandise information is available. We will contact you if for any reason, your merchandise is out of stock and won’t ship out immediately.

Occasionally, (and rare), an error will occur with pricing, product descriptions, and/or images of merchandise items. If so, we reserve the right to restrict orders of those items.

Some items are unusually large, heavy, or oddly shaped enough where an additional oversized item surcharge is warranted. We’ll let you know prior to checkout. This is calculated on size, weight, and distance. We regret that customized gift boxes cannot be cancelled once the order is placed. Any and all returns or exchanges need to be postmarked within 20 days of order date.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you can request for it to be canceled. Email us at mademarketorders@gmail.com to start your cancellation process. No order is canceled until you receive your cancellation confirmation email from our customer service team. Please allow 12-24 hours during weekdays. We are also closed during holidays.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. Sales are final unless damaged / defective. See Return Policy below.

RETURN POLICY

Our return policy is limited to defective merchandise. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, you will need to send photo(s) showing the issues to our email mademarketorders@gmail.com including Your Name and Order Number WITHIN 5 DAYS of receiving your order. We will then be in contact with you to do our best to provide a replacement or provide you with store credit. We are not able to provide you with additional product packaging in the event you’ve thrown away the original packaging. We may also send a call tag to mail the item(s) back.

WHOLESALE SHIPPING POLICY

We understand how important inventory is to the life of your business and we’re proud you’ve selected Made Market Co. to represent your brand.

Shipping fees are 15% of the order total price in the lower 48 states and 20% of the order total for Alaska and Hawaii.

Shipping regions outside the lower 48 states, higher shipping regions and irregular/heavier products may result in an additional shipping charge. We will reach out to you prior to order fulfillment if this applies to your order. Thank you!

WHOLESALE RETURN POLICY

Our return policy is limited to defective merchandise. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, you will need to send photo(s) showing the issues to our email mademarketorders@gmail.com including Your Name and Order Number WITHIN 10 DAYS of receiving your order. You can also call us. We will then be in contact with you to do our best to provide a replacement, credit and call tag to return items. So SAVE original packaging. We are not able to provide you with additional product packaging.
